We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hr Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end process of Mass Recruitment projects
  • Conduct interview sessions
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Attract suitable candidates through databases, online platforms, social media, etc.
  • Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions
  • Promote company’s reputation and attractiveness as a top employment opportunity
  • Secure candidate experience
  • Provide recruitment reports to line managers

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or Economics relevant field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Time management skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
